Since all our products are made-to-order and printed specifically for you, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:
Change of Mind: You no longer want the product or ordered the wrong size/color.
Size or Color Selection Errors: Please double-check your selections before completing your purchase.
Minor Variations: Slight differences in color or design due to monitor settings or product materials.

2. What Is Covered
We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund. Here’s what we consider a valid issue:
Printing Errors: Misaligned designs, faded colors, or missing design elements.
Manufacturing Defects: Holes, tears, stitching issues, or faulty zippers.
Damaged Items: Products damaged during shipping (e.g., broken mugs, torn packaging).
To qualify for a replacement or refund, you must report the issue within 30 days of receiving your order.
3. How to Report an Issue
If your item arrives damaged or with a defect, please follow these steps:

Review Process: Our team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days. If your claim is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item (if necessary) and process your replacement or refund.
Resolution: Once we receive the returned item (if required), we will ship your replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the error was on our part.
4. Refunds
If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

6. Important Notes
Color Variations: Printed colors may vary slightly from on-screen shades and may appear a bit darker; this is not a printing error.
Combined Shipping: Combined shipping is available for two or more units of the same item only. Combined shipping isn’t offered with other store products. Thank you for your understanding.
