All our products are made-to-order and shipped directly from our production partners. Here’s what you need to know:

• Production Time: Most items take 1-7 business days to produce before they are shipped.

• Shipping Time: Once your order is shipped, delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

• Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on your address and the items in your order. You’ll see the exact cost at checkout.

2. Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method available. Here’s a general estimate:

• Domestic (Continental U.S.): 3-7 business days after production.

• International: 7-20 business days after production.

Please note that these are estimates, and delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing or carrier delays.

3. Shipping Restrictions

We strive to ship to as many countries as possible, but there are a few exceptions due to international regulations and restrictions. Currently, we are unable to ship to the following countries:

• North Korea

• Russia

• Belarus

• Ukraine

4. Tracking Your Order

• These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost or product price.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

7. Combined Shipping

To save on shipping costs, we offer combined shipping for orders of two or more units of the same item. Unfortunately, combined shipping is not available for orders that include different products. This is because each product may be produced and shipped from different locations, making it logistically impossible to combine orders.
